Medifast PB&J

The Medifast PB&J

Ingredients
1 Medifast Scrambled Eggs
1 Medifast Vanilla Shake
4 tablespoons Walden Farms Peanut Butter Spread
2 tablespoons Walden Farms Fruit Spread, any flavor
¼ cup water
1 teaspoon baking powder
non-stick cooking spray


Instructions
Preheat oven to 375° F. Mix dry ingredients and 2 tablespoons peanut butter spread with a whisk in a small mixing bowl. Add the water slowly as needed until it creates a paste-like dough consistency. Cover a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Spoon out mixture into a rectangular shape, about a quarter inch thick. Bake for 5 minutes. Once cooled, cut down the middle to form two pieces that resemble sliced bread, then horizontally slice each piece. Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter spread on two triangles and Combine opposite slices to eat as a sandwich.
