Devil Food Cool Whip Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 package (18.25 Oz. Box) Cake Mix
• 1 cup Cool Whip
• 1 whole Large Egg
• 1 cup Powdered Sugar

Instructions

1. Set oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients, except powdered sugar.
3. Roll a spoonful of dough in powdered sugar. 
4. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for about 8 minutes.

My cookies got formed together when they baked out. Instead of cool whip I used whipped topping. I thought it would be the same, but it was VERY different. I couldn't mix it with a spoon. I had to pull out the big guns -  the hand mixer.

I let my grandmother be my taste tester today since she is incredibly picky on what she likes and what she doesn't like. She said these were good and would enjoy them again. That's two thumbs up from her in my book.
