Country Day on the Hill

It's morning time. This picture represents my mood clearly.

These were our tables. At the very end of Main street.
People passed us to come in and they passed us when they left.
It was actually a pretty good spot.

Here is the front of our tables.
To the left is the kid section where you can learn about stuff.
You can hear the heart beats from those stuffed animals,.
On the right is the information for different vacations and treatments.

Here were our first two clients of the day.

Here is SM preparing the vaccinations.
That was one fat pug.
I left SM alone for about five minutes to view the parade.
The parade in which our vehicle was suppose to be in it.
However, I never saw it.

^ Parade ^

Dad finally brought our MVP to our tables.
Our booth was finally complete and it looked snazzy.
Coda was with my dad too and a lot of people commented on him.
Apparently Coda was "very cute" sitting in the front seat.

I escaped for a while in the nice ACed MVP.
It was like 85 outside, but 62 inside! IT FELT GREAT!

One o'clock came around and I was sent to a dog show.
I would be one of three judges. I sat straight in the sun.
It was hot hot hot.

There was four categories with three winners in each category.
It took almost an hour for the whole competition.

Overall there was some cute dogs who were dressed up.

I finally was allowed to leave after the dog show. Coda and I went to go deliver some meds to a nice old couple about thirty minutes away, and once we were done with that we went home. I fed Betsy and let the dogs outside to go to the bathroom. Everybody at the house was hungry. This is how I found Lucy.

Steve the Snake

So Friday night SM comes upstairs hysterical.
There was a snake that lunged at dad - but I mean, who wouldn't?
Anyways dad gave it a good wack in the back, and pissed it off.
Then Dave came in and chopped off it's head.

Here are the pictures of said "warrior" story.

The above photos are from Friday night. As you can see it goes from using a flashlight to using the flash on my camera phone. SM was outside with me freaking out a bit and telling me not to get too close. The venom in the head and still kill ya, and it's body was still moving around even with the head chopped off. It was actually pretty cool.

Saturday morning rolls around and before I'm whisked off early in the morning to go work at the fair SM asked me to go see if it was "still there". Well obviously it's still going to be there.. it's dead.

So the picture above is from Saturday morning.
Well not it's Sunday. No one is wanting to do anything. We're tired, sore, and just overall blah. Working the fair yesterday was tough, even if we really didn't do that much physical animal stuff. I mean I got stuck out into the sun for almost an hour. Try doing that again - no!
Here is Sunday morning. We got together for the snake.
I was the only one who was brave enough to get the snake and the head.
It measured out to four feet and had five rattles. It was a big snake!
Yes, I'm the barefoot person.

Vaccination Time.

It's that time of the year when people get their dogs vaccinated.
Unlike most, my Vet lives in the house!
However getting her time is very very hard to do.
Unless you bribe her with food!

Anyway, all three dogs needed to be vaccinated.
They were all OVERDUE! AHHH.

These are the three culprits.
Coda (far back), Carlee (middle), Lucy (front and center)

We needed to take their weight. Each had lost from the previous year.
You'd think we put our dogs on a diet or something, ha-ha.

Lucy had an ear infection and was finally getting help.
Second picture is so cute. Like "finally, relief".

A maybe a mobile vet clinic isn't good with three large dogs.
I mean.. their taking up the waiting area.

Here's what all went down on "V-Day"
- Blood work (full)
- Vaccinations (full, 3/yr r)
- Medicine for ears/butt
- Weight
- Full body exam

Overall price: Free - CAUSE MY SM is a VET!
MUWAHAHAHAHA

Saved myself about $300 bucks.

What keeps me motivated?

I get asked this single question more than anything else, "What keeps you motivated?" Well ladies and gentlemen the answer is simple, Goals with Achievements/Prizes/Goodies. Also looking at old photos of myself can be a HUGE motivator. But I'm going to make a short list here of things that keep me motivated and make me want to continue with Medifast until I hit my ultimate goal weight.

Number 1: My fitblr account. If you have checked it out, you should.
www.flabofsteel.tumblr.com

Number 2: Food. Food is a huge motivation. If you follow any of my pinterest accounts, instagram, youtube, or fitblr you know that I love food. You could say I love food more than people sometimes. Well, that's because food doesn't talk back sometimes, ha-ha. Anyways knowing I'll be able to continue eating the food I had to give up during my transformation is something I look forward to, but I know I'll only be able to eat it in moderation. Medifast has helped me learned that food isn't the enemy. It's the quantities.

Number 3: Inspirational workout photos. These things make me want to get up and just go work out. Once you see them over and over on your dash, it kinda makes you feel shitty. Therefore, if I'm lacking in motivation I go straight to looking at these workout photos.

Number 4: People. Hot, fit people to be exact. Male or female. If their cute, working out, I like it. Something about fit people make them a lot more attractive. Wouldn't you agree?

Number 5: The workout funnies. This shouldn't need an explanation but in case it does - something funny that involves working out. A good example of this would be the All State commercial with Mayhem being a hot babe out jogging. Things of this nature making workout seem a lot better.

Number 6: Motivational Posters. Self explanatory really.

Number 7: Running gifs. These make me just want to get up rain or shine and run. Non stop. Like Forrest Gump.

Number 8: Drink Water signs. I can't stress enough how important it is to drink your water. What helps me remember my more than eight glasses is constantly seeing photos or signs reminding me to drink. I've even printed out a few and have placed them in different areas of my house just in case.

Number 9: Weights. Seeing all these photos of lifting weighs or weight lifting have made me really want to do it/try it. You can get a toned body simply by running. You need weights and hopefully soon I'll be having lift days instead of just running constantly. Then we move onto squats. My ass is going to be amazing.

Number 10:  Before and Afters. Seeing someones before and after and hearing or reading there transformation makes it seem like anything is possible, especially if that person started off bigger than you and now they look fucking hot. Such a big motivator.

Number 11: Recipes. There are so many recipes out there now or new things that people have created that just look phenomenal and you want to try/eat them all. This could go with food, but I think it earned it's own category.  Plus, there are a lot of healthy alternative recipes out there nowadays for almost anything.

Number 12: Anton Antipov
