Cauliflower Tater Tots

Cauliflower Tater Tots - Dinner is calling!

ingredients:

1.5 cup cooked, riced cauliflower
.66 oz shredded cheese (low-fat, no fat)
1/4 cup egg beaters
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp garlic salt
parchment paper
PAM or other non-stick cooking spray*

directions:

- Preheat Oven to 450- Combine all ingredients together in a bowl. mix until well blended. - With a teaspoon and butter knife drop a circle onto your parchment paper that has been sprayed with PAM*. - Use the butter knife to make it form into a better circle or any shape you'd like them in.- Place tots in over and cook between 15 and 20 minutes [be careful to watch]- When golden brown taken out unless desired extra crispy- Eat while hot and have a tablespoon of sugar free ketchup

3 Green, 1/7 Lean, 1 Condiment

I ate mine with slow cooked ribs, and boy did they fall right off the bone!
